Opportunities For Charities
The Fox Classic Car Collection endeavours to assist charities in revenue raising. Our experience provides us with an insight into what type of functions work well at our venue with minimal infrastructure requirements and minimal costs.
Charities can use the venue for cocktail parties, dinners, lunches, breakfasts, and fashion parades. Open Days and Open Evenings are subject to Fox Classic Car Collection management approval.
For those charities interested in using the venue please make an appointment to discuss the type of event you want to conduct. A plan for the event can then be constructed and submitted for consideration. It is a requirement that an event plan be submitted to the Fox Classic Car Collection for approval before a charity event can proceed.
In the interest of ensuring a successful event for both the venue and the charity, the Fox Classic Car Collection reserves the right to proceed / not proceed with any event.
A minimum venue hire charge may be applied to help us recover some of our on costs. In addition, in order to report to our Board, we would need advice on the approximate amount of revenue raised through the event conducted at the Fox Classic Car Collection.
